More Bad Weather
Continued strong southerly winds will prevent us from departing the Canary Islands until Sunday, December 12 (maybe). Looks like we'll be spending Christmas at sea, as the 2800 mile crossing will take about 3 weeks.
I think we'll wait to leave until Monday so that we can get our exit stamps (and a bit of northerly breeze). Why not head to Mindelo (Cape Verdes) and spend Christmas there. We'll be celebrating there with Avocette. Just a thought.
